Insurance Information

​We gladly accept the insurance plans listed below. We have included most of the major plans with which we are in-network. While this is an extensive list, health plans do change regularly without prior notification. We recommend that you verify with your health plan what physical therapy benefits you have available. If you do not see your plan, please call us at 501-922-9933 to discuss alternative payment plans.

​As a courtesy to our patients, we will verify your health benefits prior to your arrival to determine if there will be a copay, deductible, or coinsurance for therapy services.


For those patients who do not have health insurance or those who have maxed out their benefits, we offer a private pay plan.  ​​

  • How do I know Physical Therapy will help me?


Working with you and your doctor, we can discuss your options and help determine if physical therapy will be the right choice for you. Contact us today to discuss your current condition and even set up a free consultation if you choose.


  • Can I go to any PT clinic I choose?


YES!! As a patient, you have the right to receive physical therapy at any place you choose. At ToMorrow's Therapy, you will receive the highest quality, individualized one-on-one care while achieving the resulted you need. We provide you with a positive, caring, professional, and fun experience.


  • Can I go directly to my Physical Therapist?


In the State of Arkansas, you have direct access to your Physical Therapist. That means you do not have to have a referral to be evaluated and treated by a Physical Therapist unless your insurance requires a referral or you are to receive bronchopulmonary hygiene, debridement, or wound care.


  • Will it hurt?

​Physical Therapy is not meant to hurt, but to relieve pain. However, as you restore your mobility, pain levels, at times can fluctuate. You might experience some temporary soreness from using muscles that are weakened or recovering. 

This is a normal response to therapy treatment. Good communication with your therapist will help minimize any discomfort. We want you on your way to quick pain relief and back to normal activities.


  •  ​How do I schedule an appointment?

 

​​To schedule an appointment, simply go to our contact page here and fill out the form at the bottom of the page. You can also stop in at one of our two locations or conveniently call our East Gate clinic at 501-922-9922 or our West Gate clinic at 501-204-5095.


  • What should I wear to my sessions?


We ask that you wear comfortable clothes that allow easy access for your Physical Therapist to examine your problem areas. For your treatment sessions, please wear good, supportive shoe-wear and loose fitting clothes to complete your exercises in.


  • How long will my therapy session last?


Your therapy sessions will last for 1 hour. During that time, you will receive direct one-on-one, individualized treatment by one of our highly skilled Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants.


  • How often do I come before I feel better? 


​Each patient’s diagnosis is different, so together with your referring physician, your therapist will develop a plan of care that is right for you.

Your plan of care and number of visits will be determined during your first visit and explained to you by your Physical Therapist.


  • Will my sessions be covered by insurance?


In most cases, yes. We will be happy to assist in contacting your insurance company and determine your coverage based on your individual policy. Your insurance may require you to obtain a referral from a physician or you can choose to receive therapy on a self-pay basis.


We also offer payment plans for your convenience. 


  • How should I pay?


We accept cash, debit, credit, or check. Please call our office for our payment policy.


  • How should I prepare for my initial appointment?


Have your referral and insurance cards ready when you call so we can verify your insurance and provide an estimate of coverage. You can also have your physician fax your referral to our East Gate location at (501) 922-9934 or our West Gate location at (501) 204-5096.


Pick up your paperwork prior to the day of your initial evaluation or you can request for us to mail it to your address.


Bring with you to your first appointment:

- Referral (if) insurance requires it

- Insurance cards and drivers license (so we can make copies)

- Please FILL OUT your papter work beforehand and bring it with you


Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to complete any remainder paperwork to maximize your time in your evaluation.


Please wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to your problem areas. Also wear good, supportive shoes.


  • Can I continue sessions even after I feel better?


YES!! Your Physical Therapist will review your continuing home exercise program with you before you are discharged from therapy. It is important to continue the exercises your therapist prescribes to you to maintain all gains you have made while in therapy as well as to minimize or prevent any future pain.
